If some hardware feature does not work, it is easier to find a linux distribution that provides the function compared to making it work after installation. If all work well running with the live image, consider installing it upon your system drive. Once the Live Image is activated, use it for a while, testing how wifi, keyboard, cameras, touchpads and so forth function. Then enter BOS and select option for 'Factory Default Settings.' Select Workstation version and use the instructions on the same download page for how to create a bootable live usb. The other choice at fedora site is for ARM processor systems. My suggestion is to try live USB for Fedora, They combine PC versions into a single download choice. An X64 binary is set up for modern intel processors.

So for a computer with AMD processors you need a linux binary configured to AMD or AMD64.
